Store Terms and Conditions
§1. General Provisions
- The online store is operated by Fundacja Twoja Świadomość Życia – Your Consciousness of Life Foundation, with its registered office at ul. Rumiankowa 15, 62-002 Suchy Las, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0001064927, NIP 9721345113, REGON 526730470.

- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store, concluding distance contracts, making payments, providing services, submitting complaints and exercising the right of withdrawal.
- The store offers in particular:
- courses and workshops,
- online meetings and events,
- individual sessions and therapies,
- educational materials and digital content,
- other services connected with the Foundation’s statutory activities.
- The website also allows users to make a donation for the Foundation’s statutory purposes. A donation is not the purchase of goods or services and does not constitute a sales contract.
§2. Rules for Using the Store
- To use the store, the Customer needs a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
- The Customer is required to provide true and current information necessary to process the order.
- It is prohibited to submit unlawful content or content infringing the rights of third parties through the store.
- Prices of services and materials are stated in Polish zloty and are final prices unless otherwise indicated in the relevant offer.
§3. Placing Orders
- The Customer selects a service or material available in the store, adds it to the cart and proceeds to checkout.
- Before placing an order, the Customer receives information concerning:
- the main characteristics of the service,
- the price,
- available payment methods,
- the method and time of performance,
- the right of withdrawal.
- An order is placed after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and after clicking the button confirming the purchase.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation at the e-mail address provided.
§4. Payments
- Payments may be made using payment methods available in the store, in particular:
- Przelewy24,
- BLIK,
- online bank transfer,
- payment card,
- PayPal, if available,
- other payment methods made available by the payment operator.
- Electronic payments may be processed by external payment service providers.
- An order is deemed paid once the payment has been confirmed by the payment operator.
- If payment is unsuccessful, the order may not be processed.
§5. Courses, Workshops and Meetings
- Information regarding the date, place and scope of a course, workshop or meeting is provided in the description of the relevant offer.
- In the case of online events, the Customer receives a link or access instructions at the e-mail address provided during the order process.
- The Foundation reserves the right to change the date of an event for important organisational reasons or circumstances beyond its control.
- If an event is cancelled by the Foundation, the Customer may receive:
- a refund of the amount paid, or
- the opportunity to participate on another date,
according to arrangements made with the Customer.
§6. Sessions and Therapies
- The date of a session is determined in accordance with the information provided in the offer or individually with the Customer.
- A session may take place in person or online, depending on the type of service.
- Information provided during sessions is educational or developmental in nature and does not replace medical, psychological or other specialist advice unless the particular service is provided by a person holding the relevant professional qualifications.
§7. Digital Materials and Digital Content
- Digital materials may be provided in the form of downloadable files, online access, recordings, written materials or other electronic content.
- If the Customer expressly requests that the supply of digital content begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the supply has begun in accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal may cease to apply.
- Digital materials are intended solely for the Customer’s personal use unless the offer states otherwise.
§8. Right of Withdrawal
- A consumer who concludes a distance contract generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- In the case of a service contract, the withdrawal period generally begins on the date on which the contract is concluded.
- If the Customer requests that performance of the service begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, the Foundation may begin performance after obtaining the appropriate declaration from the Customer.
- If the service has been fully performed with the Customer’s express consent and the Customer was informed that the right of withdrawal would be lost after full performance, the right of withdrawal may expire.
- If the service has begun but has not yet been fully performed, a Customer who withdraws from the contract may be required to pay for the part of the service performed up to the time of withdrawal, if performance began at the Customer’s express request.

- The Customer may submit a complaint concerning a purchased service or digital content.

- The Foundation will consider complaints within the period required by applicable law.
§10. Donations
- Donations made through the website are used to support the Foundation’s statutory purposes.
- Donations are voluntary.
- Making a donation does not constitute the purchase of a service or product.

§12. Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Foundation’s website.
- The Customer has the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
- Polish law applies to contracts concluded through the store.
- These Terms and Conditions do not limit any consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
- These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date they are published on the website.
