§2. What Personal Data We May Process
Depending on how the website is used, the Foundation may process in particular:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number,
- information provided when placing an order,
- information necessary for payment processing,
- information concerning a purchased course, workshop, session or other service,
- the content of messages sent through the contact form,
- technical data related to website use, such as IP address, device type, browser type and cookie information.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide required information may make it impossible to process an order or respond to a contact request.
§3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Performance of orders and contracts, including enrolment in courses, workshops, online meetings and sessions and the provision of digital materials.
- Payment processing, to the extent required to complete a transaction through payment service providers.
- Contact form and correspondence, in order to respond to questions and communicate with the user.
- Compliance with legal and accounting obligations, including the retention of documentation relating to transactions.
- Handling complaints, refunds and claims.
- Ensuring website security and preventing abuse.
- Activities based on consent, if the Foundation introduces services such as a newsletter, electronic marketing or analytical tools requiring consent.
§4. Online Store
- When an order is placed, the Foundation processes data necessary to conclude and perform the contract.
- Such data may include in particular name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and information relating to the order.
- Data relating to orders may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting regulations and for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend possible claims.
§5. Payments
- Electronic payments may be processed by external payment service providers, in particular:

and, if available,
PayPal.
- A payment service provider may receive information necessary to process the transaction.
- The Foundation does not receive the Customer’s full payment card details where the payment is processed directly by an external payment service provider.
- Payment service providers process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
§6. Donations
- When a donation is made, the Foundation may process donor information necessary to receive and account for the donation.
- Information relating to donations may be retained for the period required by accounting, tax and other applicable laws.
§7. Contact Form
- Information submitted through the contact form is used for the purpose of responding to the message.
- This may include in particular:

- e-mail address,
- message content.
- Information may be retained for the duration of the correspondence and for a reasonable period thereafter where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
