The Reiki Level I course is intended for people who want to begin their Reiki practice and learn the basic principles of this system.
During the course, participants are introduced to the foundations of Reiki, the principles of conscious energy work and ways of using Reiki practice in everyday life. An important part of the course is also developing mindfulness, self-awareness and a responsible approach to personal practice.
